All bookings for activities, packages, stays, or dining must be made in advance through our website, phone, or official booking channels. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our cancellation policy. Transaction charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within the allowed time frame are eligible for refunds as per our policy. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for any refund.
Your safety is our priority. Please follow all safety instructions provided by our staff. Participation in activities is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused due to negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines.
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards staff, other guests, and the environment. Any misconduct, damage to property, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Almas Lake View will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of personal belongings, delays, or accidents.
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kollam, Kerala.
